Job Training Is Core to Employement with RHDD

We invest in our employees by providing paid trainings to help you obtain your goals. Your career begins with an extensive employee orientation that thoroughly familiarizes you with RHDD’s mission and philosophy and the tools to provide
person-centered services to the people we serve.

Then we assist you with on the job training to enhance the skills learned in the orientation. Finally we believe in ongoing staff development by offering the DSPaths credentialing and other skill development classes to our employees.

I began my career at RHDD as a DSP, then became a CESP and now serve as the Employment Support Coordinator covering several counties.  Watching individuals with disabilities grow to their upmost potential is very satisfying and a glorified experience whether it would be in their home life, in the community, or employment. I would not change what I do for the world. Becoming a DSP, then also a CESP, changed my life forever for the better. I absolutely love my job with RHDD.
